GreenTree Auto Styling Terms and Conditions
When you book online, via phone or in-person with GreenTree Auto Styling, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking. We grant our clients 24 hours to read these terms after an appointment has been scheduled. After the 24 hour grace period, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Booking Terms
- Customers should remove all personal belongings, trash, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any interior detailing.
- If trash is left in the vehicle, additional charges may occur to account for the extra time it takes our team to remove it before they can begin detailing the vehicle.
- Any aftermarket part or modification including subwoofers, CB radios, snow-plow equipment, etc. that is mounted to the vehicle will not be unmounted or removed by GreenTree Auto Styling to mitigate the risk of damaging the equipment.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage
claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.
- If there is urine, vomit, blood, feces, drugs or other
hazardous materials found inside the vehicle, we will put a halt to the detailing immediately and contact the client to amend the situation.
- We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking. Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the scheduled work.
- We reserve the right to use any one of our experienced staff to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the
detailer at short notice without penalty.
- We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card to secure the booking.
- We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure.
- GreenTree Auto Styling reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or refuse to continue with the scheduled work if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.
- GreenTree Auto Styling reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked service but will do everything they can to squeeze in any additional requests.
- GreenTree Auto Styling will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will
take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
Pricing and Payments Terms
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve any appointment with GreenTree Auto Styling.
- IF GreenTree Auto Styling voids the booking fee for any reason and the scheduled appointment is cancelled, GreenTree Auto Styling reserves the right to charge that customer a cancellation fee of $25 or 10% of the scheduled work(whichever is greater) and terminate any future business thereafter.
- A minimum $30 surcharge will be applied to Interior jobs that involve excessive soil, to account for the extra time needed to perform a satisfactory service.
- A minimum $30 surcharge will be applied to Interior jobs that involve pet hair removal, to account for the extra time needed to perform a satisfactory service.
- Our prices are based on detailing type, size of vehicle and the condition of the vehicle.
- GreenTree Auto Styling reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition and the type of vehicle.
- The rates you see online are only estimates. Your vehicles cost may vary after we perform our pre-detail inspection.
Cancellation Terms
- We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.(48 hours for 8+ hour long appointments.)
- In any case of a cancellation, the original deposit is forfeited and we will require a new deposit for any future appointment.
- If an appointment must be rescheduled, the original deposit can be transferred to the new appointment only if GreenTree was given, at minimum, one weeks notice.
- If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24(or 48) hour period, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all future appointments.
- If a client "No-Call, No-Shows", we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all future appointments. (We consider a client a "No-Call, No-Show" when we have not heard from the client for more than 15 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to begin.)
- If a client "No-Call, No-Shows" more than one time OR "No-Call, No-Shows" to an appointment that they did not pay a deposit for, GreenTree will be forced to terminate any future business with the client.
- GreenTree Auto Styling reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let
the customer know.
- GreenTree Auto Styling reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather
conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
Service Guarantee
- If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence
of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our own cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service - free of charge.
- Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email (Info@greentreeautostyling.com)
- Pictures of the area must be emailed to Info@greentreeautostyling.com or texted to (906)208-4999 within 24 hours of the claim being made.
