Drop Off Instructions

Welcome to GreenTree Auto Styling! We're thrilled that you've chosen us to take care of your vehicle, and we want to ensure that the drop-off process is as smooth and easy as possible.

Here's our recommended drop-off process:

• If you are a Ceramic Coating client that is coming in for one of your Maintenance Washes, you can disregard the following bullet points and just arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
• We highly recommend dropping your vehicle off by 9am the day of the appointment. This helps our team to be much more efficient with our daily work load. If all of the vehicles scheduled for each day are here first thing in the morning, it allows us to potentially get your vehicle into the shop earlier than scheduled!
• Better yet.. We have a drop box outside our front door for keys, in case you want to drop it off tonight! Don't worry, we have a great security system!
• If you cannot have the vehicle here the night before or by 9am the day of the appt., all we ask is that it's here a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the appointment.
• You can leave the vehicle anywhere in our parking lot, but we prefer to have vehicles dropped right in front of the building on the concrete pad, if possible.
• For Interior Detailing, please bring your vehicle in a relatively clean/empty state, with all personal belongings removed. This will help us to focus on the detailing work and ensure we don't overlook any areas.

What to expect from us:

• When our team is ready to get your vehicle into our shop, they will pull it in and perform a pre-detail inspection.
• During the inspection, they'll take photos of everything, jot down any damaged areas and take note of any heavily soiled areas that may need extra attention.
• Once the inspection is complete, our team will update anything on your job ticket that may need it (i.e. Pet Hair Removal charge) and then send you over an approval request to get your final 'go-ahead' on the job.
• Once approved, we can begin the work! You'll be notified when the work begins.
• After the scheduled services have been completed, you'll get a text from our team letting you know it's ready for pickup. Please respond to this text with the estimated time that you'll be here to pick up your vehicle.
